□      Experienced Coder/Biller. Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, Vision software and Zirmed. Must have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced and professional environment, as well as have a high attention to detail and be well-organized.

□      Experienced Sterile Processing Technicians. Certification preferred and ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment is a must.

□      Experienced Surgical Technologists.  Certification preferred.  ENT, plastics, podiatry and ophthalmology experience is preferred. 

□      Experienced Circulating Operating Room RNs. ENT, plastics, podiatry and ophthalmology experience is preferred. Ability to scrub is a plus.

□      Experienced PACU RNs. Pediatric experience preferred.  ACLS and/or PALS preferred.

Coder / Biller to join the team at our Ambulatory Surgery Center.  The candidate should have two years experience as well as certification as a professional ASC coder.  They must be proficient in the use of CPT, HCPCS coding, some familiarity with ICD-10, proficiency with medical terminology, knowledge of insurance billing, coding and the related reimbursement guidelines.

OPERATING ROOM MANAGER

 

Lakes Surgery Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage the Operating Room, Endoscopy Services, and Central Processing Department.

 

The Operating Room Manager, under the supervision of the Administrator, is responsible for leading day-to-day operations to facilitate organizational success related to clinical strategic goals and objectives in accordance with sound general management principles, regulatory and accreditation standards, and the facility mission, vision and values. Administrative responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, cost awareness and the overall function of Surgical Services.  Plans, coordinates and directs nursing care and all related activities of the Operating Room, Central Processing, and Endoscopy Services in compliance with local, state, federal regulatory requirements and standards established by The Joint Commission.  Responsible to assist with administrative tasks related to Risk Management, Infection Control, Employee Health, Performance Improvement, and Clinical Recruitment/Retention.  Develops and implements facility policies and procedures and supports the center's objective of providing Quality Patient Care.

 

The successful candidate must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of nursing and healthcare with a minimum of 5 years experience in the operating room. Experience working in Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, GYN and Urology surgeries is essential. Leadership or management experience preferred. Current Michigan RN license, BLS and ACLS required.  BSN & CNOR certification is highly desired.

Peri-Operative Registered Nurse - Manager

Responsible for the management of clinical practices and patient care delivery including the oversight of human, fiscal, material, support and system resources.  BSN and current MI licensure required.  CNOR certification preferred.

Strong understanding of professional standards of practice and regulatory guidelines.   Demonstrated effective leadership experience, preferably in a peri-operative setting.
