Are You Our Next Director of Nursing?

Beautiful 3-OR ASC seeking a strong clinical leader for the Director of Nursing position.

Although we are obviously seeking an experienced Clinical Director with OR and accreditation experience, what we are really looking for is someone who likes a fast paced dynamic team and who enjoys building and maintaining good relationships with the docs and the rest of the team.  Certainly someone with good communication skills, but we’re really looking for a leader, a “lead by example” visible leader.

We have:

  • Case load is multi-specialty focused on pain, spine, podiatry, ophthalmology, and plastics.
  • Volume is 500+ cases/month.  Most of the volume is Pain.
  • The facility is very profitable and making distributions to the partners monthly.
The position reports to the administrator, a great lady, who has been there since before the center opened.
The top priorities will be:
    • Managing and directing the clinical staff of 18 FTEs as well as per diem staff.
    • Coordinating the fast paced schedule to keep the volume up while also maintaining flexibility for add-ons.
    • Managing and controlling the costs associated with staffing, instruments, and supplies.
    • Assisting with the joint commission resurvey process.

We have a great stable staff and dedicated docs who take pride in this growing facility.  We have a friendly community close to excellent recreation.  Everything is in place for the right person to be extremely successful here.

Are you ready to help take us to the next level?  Do you want to challenge yourself and be fairly rewarded for your efforts and results?

Are you ready for a change?  Does this sound like you?  Then we should talk!

All communication held in strict confidence.
