 Dr. Glenn has spent over 25 years in the Health Information Management Profession. She currently works as the HIM program Director at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan and does some independent HIM consulting. Regina has her PhD and Masters in Professional Studies in Education from Capella University and is a certified AHIMA ICD-10-CM/PCS trainer.  Regina volunteers on the AHIMA ACCP committee and has participated in the AHIMA Research Institute.
