In order to join the MASA PA, a representative from Intalere will need to reach out to you for a few items: Facility Contact Information, Current Distributor Information, a completed Letter of Participation and an Accounts Payable Register to complete a Supplier Contract Match Report.
Letter of Participation (LOP) establishes your facility as a member of Intalere and then links your account to MASA. Intalere membership is nonbinding, there is no membership fee and should not interfere with any of your current GPO relationships.
Accounts Payable Register is simply a list of the vendors you have cut a check in the past year with the total dollar amount paid to that vendor. Intalere will complete a Supplier Contract Match to compare the names on your list with the suppliers in their portfolio to identify potential contract matches. Your AP Resister will also be combined into a master file with the ultimate goal of leveraging MASA’s aggregated spend to negotiate contracts specifically for the MASA Purchasing Alliance.
